NMT skills preferred. Some courses are virtual (online) and some are on campus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide classroom and/or clinic instruction consistent with the mission of AIAM Use technology effectively to enhance student learning. Engage in continuing education activities to maintain excellence and expertise in the discipline of massage therapy and in classroom teaching. Grade skills and tests; input grades and attendance in the school Learning Management System Qualifications Current, unrestricted license as a massage therapist in Ohio. Four years of professional practice as an LMT Superior communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Basic computer skills Commitment to a diverse and civil learning and working environment. Solid interpersonal and communication skills, able to convey a message clearly and concise via email, text via the phone, and in the classroom. Maintains professional, businesslike behavior and appearance Demonstrated commitment to customer service both to employees and students
