Position Description:

• The Citron Spa Massage Therapist provides the highest quality, personalized therapeutic massage services and customer satisfaction in the spa industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer service for guests in accordance with Citron Spa protocols and standards.
• Ensure that all Citron Spa standards for hygiene and cleanliness are consistently maintained in accordance with our sanitation policy.
• Communicate clearly with guests about our services and meet their goals/needs.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Flexible schedule (ability to manage time effectively)
• Ability to work as a team player and maintain a positive attitude
• Motivated to grow in the spa industry
• Previous experience is not required, but is a plus
• Articulate, well spoken, and professional
• Able to deliver the highest level & quality of customer service
• Available at least one weekend day.
