Licensed Massage Therapist

Hampton Lake Community Association's SPA Center is seeking a vibrant and compassionate massage therapist.

Must be available on:

Wednesdays, Fridays & Alternate Saturdays Qualifications Licensed in the state of South Carolina Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven sales experience Loves working with people Must be a self-starter and a team player Must maintain yearly continued education and stay current on product lines & services Customer service experience Responsibilities Provide Spa services to members in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner including, but not limited to, massage therapy and body treatments. Attend pre/post shift meetings. Complete all necessary record-keeping tasks as they pertain to the operation of the Spa. Escorts guests to and from treatment rooms in a graceful manner, attending to any immediate needs throughout the Spa visit Answers inquires, helps to coordinate all guest requests for services and maintains impeccable personal hygiene and cleanliness of the Spa Ensures guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment Maintains work area with necessary supplies, sanitation and disinfection procedures ensuring room is always immaculate (tables draped, counters and products clean) Perform monthly and quarterly deep-clean responsibilities Manages and maintains the cleanliness of all spa areas Assists Spa Manager and fellow associates with daily operations to support healthy teamwork and contribute to the success of the spa Has an excellent standard of service and maintains protocols Educate patients on products to enhance their procedures Ensure patient safety and comfort and smooth flow of patient care Responsible for scheduling of patients' treatments Maintains supplies and equipment for treatments, including equipment sterilization Attends team meetings, promotional events, and seminars Always ensures the safety of clients when performing treatments Professional appearance Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client Recommends various spa treatments, based on client consultations. Maintain an agreed upon retail sales to service ratio with the exceptional products, gifts and accessories provided.
