In this role, you will deliver personalized massage therapies that address individual needs, utilizing your expertise in anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's specific needs, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure optimal results. Apply advanced techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities to manage pain and improve mobility. Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and injury prevention strategies. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and relevant medical or physiological information. Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to hygiene standards and clinic protocols. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Proven experience in patient service with excellent communication skills. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and the human body's response to massage therapy. Skilled in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is preferred. Ability to perform detailed patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
