Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure safety Educate clients on the benefits of various massage techniques and recommend personalized wellness strategies Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient responses, and progress in compliance with medical and spa standards Collaborate with other health professionals to support comprehensive pain management and occupational health initiatives Uphold the highest standards of patient service by creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere at all times Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and relevant medical terminology to enhance service quality Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification in good standing Proven experience in medical spa settings or similar environments preferred, especially with occupational health or pain management focus Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Skilled in patient service, assessment, and delivering customized treatment plans based on individual needs Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced massage techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference!
