We bring massage directly to our clients in their homes, workplaces, vacation rentals, events, and other private settings. Our approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, professionalism, client autonomy, and creating an environment where every client feels respected, safe, and comfortable receiving bodywork. As Elevated Vibes Wellness continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to grow with us. About the Position This is a 1099 independent contractor position ideal for an experienced LMT looking for flexible, supplemental massage work outside of the traditional spa or high-volume massage environment. Therapists must provide a minimum of two days of availability per week . Appointments are offered within your provided availability based on client demand. Booking volume varies, and a minimum number of weekly appointments is not guaranteed. Depending on your experience, interests, and availability, appointments may include: In-home mobile massage Therapeutic and relaxation massage Deep tissue and targeted bodywork Sports and recovery massage Couples and small-group appointments Corporate and wellness events Weddings, retreats, parties, and community events Compensation Therapists are compensated per completed appointment. Compensation includes base commission, therapist gratuity, and flat-rate travel pay. Current total therapist compensation per completed session: 30-minute session: $67.00 60-minute session: $91.50 90-minute session: $125.80 Service enhancements: additional $6-$10 Compensation may vary for specialty services or events. Requirements Applicants must have:

Active Tennessee Massage Therapist License in good standing Minimum of 2 years of professional massage therapy experience Professional liability insurance Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance Ability and willingness to travel to client locations throughout our service area Ability to transport and set up necessary massage equipment Reliable phone and internet communication Strong professional boundaries and communication skills Minimum availability of two days per week Evening and weekend availability is a plus. Experience with deep tissue, neuromuscular, sports, therapeutic, prenatal or other specialized massage techniques is also a plus. Why Elevated Vibes Wellness?
