Full Job Description Job Overview:

The Farms at Bailey Station is seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will provide therapeutic massages to clients to help them relax, relieve pain, and improve their overall well-being. Responsibilities:

• Perform physical examinations and assessments of clients to determine their specific needs and preferences
• Provide exceptional patient service by creating a comfortable and welcoming environment
• Administer various massage techniques including trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and Swedish massage
• Apply knowledge of anatomy and physiology to target specific areas of concern and provide effective pain management
• Utilize medical terminology to communicate with clients and other healthcare professionals
• Continuously assess client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions
• Adhere to all occupational health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Valid Massage Therapist license/certification in the state of Tennessee
• Proven experience in performing therapeutic massages
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Proficiency in acute pain management techniques
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly
