Job Description
Glow Med Spa is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team! We are a busy, established medical spa with an existing massage therapy clientele and are looking for the right therapist to step into a growing schedule. We are open to full-time, part-time, or contract employment depending on the right fit. If you are an experienced, dependable therapist looking for an opportunity where massage services are already established and in demand, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Provide professional, customized massage therapy services based on each client's needs Maintain a clean, relaxing, and professional treatment environment Educate clients on massage therapy, wellness, and appropriate follow-up care Maintain accurate client documentation Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive experience from beginning to end Work well alongside our medical spa and aesthetics team Follow all Tennessee licensing requirements, sanitation standards, and spa policies Qualifications Current Tennessee Massage Therapist License Professional, dependable, and personable Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to provide a variety of massage techniques Comfortable working in a busy medical spa environment Experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider the right candidate What We Offer Established massage therapy services with an existing clientele Busy medical spa setting with opportunities to grow Beautiful, professional treatment environment Supportive team atmosphere Flexible employment options — full-time, part-time, or contract Opportunity to work alongside an established team of medical and aesthetic professionals We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys massage therapy, takes pride in their work, and wants to become part of a growing practice.
