Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) S'IRÈNE Head Spa | Cookeville, TN S'IRÈNE Head Spa is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our luxury wellness team. We specialize in creating relaxing, elevated experiences that leave our guests feeling refreshed, renewed, and cared for. If you have a passion for wellness, exceptional customer service, and helping people feel their best, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Perform customized massage services, including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal (if certified), hot stone, and other therapeutic techniques. Conduct client consultations to understand individual needs and wellness goals. Create a relaxing, luxury experience for every guest. Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records. Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms between clients. Educate guests on wellness recommendations and promote retail products and spa services when appropriate. Collaborate with the S'IRÈNE team to deliver an exceptional spa experience. Maintain Tennessee licensing requirements and professional standards. Qualifications Current Tennessee Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license required. Previous spa experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Dependable, motivated, and passionate about wellness. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Schedule Full-time or part-time opportunities available. Availability to work at least two Saturdays per month is preferred. Flexible weekday scheduling.
