About Us Extraordinaire Wellness Center is creating an integrated wellness environment that brings together personal training, sports performance, and recovery. We are looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping people feel better, move better, recover, and reach their goals. This is an entrepreneurial, commission-based opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to build a clientele and grow alongside a developing wellness center. The Opportunity As a Massage Therapist at Extraordinaire Wellness Center, you will provide professional massage services tailored to each client's individual needs. You will have the freedom to develop your own client relationships while working within a larger wellness community. Our clients may include athletes, active adults, fitness members, families, and individuals looking for relaxation, recovery, mobility, and overall wellness. We are looking for someone who wants to do great work while also helping us build and grow our Recovery & Wellness services. What You'll Do Provide professional massage therapy within your Tennessee scope of practice. Perform massage services based on each client's needs and goals. Provide modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, therapeutic, or other techniques within your training and scope. Complete appropriate client intake and maintain professional treatment records. Communicate with clients about their sessions and appropriate post-treatment care. Create a welcoming, professional, and comfortable treatment environment. Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of your treatment area. Build strong relationships with clients and encourage long-term wellness. Collaborate with trainers, coaches, physical therapists, and other wellness professionals when appropriate. Participate in wellness events and community programming. Help develop new massage and recovery services as the department grows.
