Compensation + Perks This is a commission-based employee position paid biweekly on a tiered compensation structure. Responsibilities Perform professional-quality massage therapy customized to individual client needs Create calming, restorative, and therapeutic experiences for guests Support clients through relaxation, nervous system regulation, and wellness-focused bodywork Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and luxury presentation standards Complete accurate wellness chart documentation Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and restorative practices Communicate promotions and wellness offerings Maintain reliable attendance and professionalism Collaborate with the ARMÉ Wellness team to create an elevated guest experience Qualifications Current Tennessee Massage Therapy License required Minimum 500-hour massage therapy program completion Experience in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required Additional modalities such as prenatal, hot stone, lymphatic drainage, therapeutic bodywork, or somatic-focused therapies preferred Strong communication and hospitality skills Professional appearance and calming presence Reliable transporation Passion for healing, wellness, relaxation, and client-centered care Schedule Monday-Saturday Flexible scheduling Part-time or full-time available Location ARMÉ Wellness 1361 S Wilcox Dr. Kingsport, TN If you are passionate about wellness, healing, restorative care, and creating elevated luxury experiences that truly help people feel better — we would love to meet you.
