Position Summary We are seeking skilled Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapists (LMBTs) to join our team. Our therapists provide intentional, therapeutic massage sessions that complement the bathhouse experience and support whole-body wellness. We're looking for practitioners who are passionate about bodywork, grounded in ethical practice, and excited to be part of a collaborative wellness environment. Key Responsibilities Provide up to five (5) 60-minute massage sessions per day Review client intake forms and conduct thorough intake conversations with guests Maintain accurate SOAP documentation while upholding confidentiality in line with HIPAA, state, and State of Tennessee Department of Health- Board of Massage Licensure standards Perform Sauna House signature massage techniques and protocols Collaborate with the Guest Services team to ensure a seamless guest transition into the bathhouse Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming massage treatment room in line with sanitation and safety protocols Uphold all state regulations for sanitation, draping, and informed consent Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities What We're Looking For Valid massage therapy license in the state of Tennessee (required) CPR/First Aid certification (not required) Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Strong communication skills and a guest-centered approach Enthusiasm for working in a bathhouse environment Commitment to ethical practice, professional boundaries, and collaborative teamwork Compensation $50-$55 per service booked (depending on experience) 100% of tips Perks & Benefits Competitive compensation with opportunities for growth Discounted or complimentary access to bathhouse services Flexible scheduling options (part-time or full-time) Supportive and collaborative team environment Ongoing professional development and training Full-time benefits available Schedule Part-time and full-time roles available Up to 5 massages per day (with 15 minutes of turnover time between sessions) Must be available for at least one weekend shift •Advancement to higher tiers is achieved through a bonus structure that includes customer retention and other benchmarks determined by the unit to lead to a successful massage program.
