In this role, you will provide expert massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele, as well as providing exceptional customer service, managing appointment scheduling, and other administrative tasks. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans and exceptional patient care. Duties Deliver professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to target specific pain points and muscle groups Maintain a clean and organized work environment Scheduling and communicating with clients Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs, conditions, and treatment goals Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to support ongoing wellness Maintain accurate and detailed records of each session, including patient progress and treatment plans Ensure all treatments adhere to safety standards, hygiene protocols, and licensing regulations Provide excellent patient service by creating a welcoming environment that fosters trust and comfort Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in good standing Proven experience in medical spa settings or occupational health environments preferred Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Proficiency in advanced techniques such as deep tissue massage Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively Exceptional interpersonal abilities, fostering trust and safety in interactions Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and develop tailored treatment plans Familiarity with pain management approaches and understanding of how massage therapy supports overall health Proficiency is schedule management Join me, if you're eager to bring your expertise into a intimate setting where your skills can truly transform lives!
