Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with the ability to assess patient needs effectively. This role is essential in providing therapeutic massage services that promote relaxation, pain management, and overall wellness for our clients. The Massage Therapist will work in a supportive environment that values professional development and patient care. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including trigger point therapy, sports related, and pain management strategies. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and techniques. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with clinic policies. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Qualifications Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Experience in occupational health, sports, or related fields is preferred but not required. Proven ability to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction. Familiarity with various manual massage techniques. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism at all times. Certification from an accredited massage therapy program and valid state licensure.
