Compensation Structure - Tiered Commission At Summit Bodywork, we're clinician-founded and clinician-led, with a deep appreciation for the skill, care, and dedication that exceptional bodywork requires. We believe talented therapists deserve to be valued and well compensated for the healing work they provide. Our Licensed Massage Therapists will enjoy a supportive, professional environment along with competitive pay that rewards you for your passion and drive. Therapists earn 40-55% commission based on average weekly service volume, plus 100% of your tips, and are paid on a biweekly payroll schedule via direct deposit. By blending the effectiveness of wellness-focused treatments with the tranquility of luxury self-care, we create experiences that support the health of both body and mind. Summit Bodywork is a concept created and brought to life by the owner and staff of Foothills Physical Therapy Group. Foothills has provided exceptional outpatient rehabilitation services to the South Knoxville community and surrounding areas for more than 30 years. Through Summit Bodywork, the team aims to expand its reach and continue sharing its passion for wellness, movement, and empowering individuals to live active, fulfilled lives. This expansion presents a unique, symbiotic opportunity to cultivate a broader client base through increased community exposure and established referral relationships. Responsibilities Perform 30, 60, and 90-minute massage treatments Provide services such as: Swedish Relaxation Massage Deep tissue Massage Sports Massage Prenatal Massage Hot Stone Massage Myofascial Cupping Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization such as Graston and /or Gua Sha Stretching Maintain clean and professional treatment rooms Build rapport and encourage client rebooking Communicate effectively with clients about treatment plans Follow all Tennessee state licensing and sanitation standards Schedule Open Monday-Saturday 9:00 AM-7:00 PM Expected 2-5 days per week depending on availability At least 1 Saturday per month required Requirements Active Tennessee Massage Therapy License Clear background check Strong communication and client care skills Professional demeanor and reliability
