Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and improve mobility Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand specific concerns, medical history, and treatment goals Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to tailor treatments effectively Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and treatment plans in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care when necessary Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients during each session Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist (LMT) with current credentials Proven experience in patient service with strong customer service skills Familiarity with advanced massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and develop customized treatment plans Prior experience in med spa or occupational health settings is preferred Excellent communication skills with a professional attitude focused on patient care and well-being Join us in delivering exceptional therapeutic experiences that promote health, relaxation, and vitality.
