In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic massage services tailored to meet each client's unique needs. Your expertise will help promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness, contributing to our commitment to outstanding patient care and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage, Swedish and trigger point therapy to address client concerns. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to deliver safe and effective treatments. Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations for pain management. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and ensuring a positive experience. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current credentials. Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and various massage techniques such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients. Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
