This role is ideal for new graduates who want to grow in a supportive, professional environment that emphasizes therapeutic results over spa-style services. Therapists here focus on pain relief, mobility, and long-term care while maintaining independence and flexibility in their schedules. Duties Conduct professional client assessments to determine needs and create appropriate treatment plans. Provide therapeutic massage services including deep tissue, trigger point, sports, and other pain management techniques. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to deliver effective, goal-oriented care. Maintain accurate client records in accordance with state standards. Create a welcoming, inclusive, and professional atmosphere for all clients. Stay current with massage therapy best practices to enhance client results. Collaborate respectfully with other therapists and healthcare professionals as needed. Requirements Current Texas massage therapy license (LMT). Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques. Professional, reliable, and self-motivated. Comfortable working with all genders and body types.
