Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and treatment goals Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and tension Educate patients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate treatment plans for ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and any relevant medical information using proper medical terminology Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care and occupational health initiatives Ensure a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment adhering to all health regulations and standards Provide exceptional customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere that encourages client satisfaction and loyalty Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally in the region Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on pain management, physiology knowledge, and anatomy expertise Hands-on experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced massage techniques preferred Familiarity with medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy to effectively assess patient needs and tailor treatments accordingly Prior work in med spas or occupational health settings is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients Knowledge of healthcare protocols related to occupational health or injury prevention is an advantage Embark on a rewarding career where your skills can truly make a difference!
