Contract/Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our chiropractic office on a contract or part-time basis. This position combines therapeutic massage services with patient-care coordination and administrative support. Consistent attendance, reliability, and punctuality are essential requirements for this position. The therapist will work closely with the chiropractor to support each patient's established plan of care, monitor progress, and help maintain effective communication throughout treatment. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, comfortable working in a clinical setting, and able to balance hands-on therapy with office responsibilities. Primary Responsibilities Provide regional clinical massage and soft-tissue treatment consistent with the chiropractor's established plan of care. Communicate relevant patient responses, functional changes, and treatment concerns to the doctor. Assist with patient case management, scheduling, follow-up, and continuity of care. Complete accurate and timely treatment notes and other required documentation. Help patients understand office procedures, treatment schedules, and home-care recommendations within the therapist's professional scope. Maintain clean, organized, and properly prepared treatment rooms. Perform light administrative duties, including answering phones, confirming appointments, organizing patient records, data entry, and assisting with front-office workflow. Follow all office policies, professional standards, privacy requirements, and infection-control procedures. Work collaboratively with the doctor and office staff to provide a positive and professional patient experience. Arrive on time and maintain dependable attendance for all scheduled shifts and patient appointments. Qualifications Current and active Massage Therapy license in the State of Texas. Professional liability insurance, if working as an independent contractor. Experience in therapeutic, medical, neuromuscular, myofascial, sports, or injury-focused massage is preferred. Strong communication, documentation, organization, and time-management skills. Comfortable working with chiropractic patients, including individuals receiving care for pain, injuries, mobility limitations, or functional concerns. Basic computer and administrative skills. Dependable, professional, compassionate, and able to work as part of a healthcare team. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and commitment to scheduled work hours.
