Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to client needs Conduct patient assessments to understand individual health concerns, pain points, and treatment goals Develop customized treatment plans based on physiology knowledge, anatomy, and medical terminology Educate clients on self-care practices and occupational health strategies to maintain long-term wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and any relevant medical information Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols Stay informed about the latest advancements in massage therapy and related health practices to continually enhance service quality Experience New massage therapists are welcome - training provided as long as you are licensed Proven experience in providing professional massage therapy services, preferably within a med spa or healthcare setting Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Hands-on experience with deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy techniques Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs effectively Familiarity with pain management strategies and occupational health principles Prior work experience in customer service environments that emphasize compassionate care and client satisfaction Join us to deliver exceptional wellness experiences that truly transform lives!
