Top-Tier Compensation & Financial Perks Base Pay:
$22 to $25 per session hour.
Base Pay increases:
Standardized increases based on session hours worked and performance evaluations up to $30 per hour.
Tier Pay:
Scale up to $40 per session hour based on performance.
Commissions:
