Job Summary Massage Envy Frisco - We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will provide professional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans and exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs effectively. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual health conditions and goals. Utilize your knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions. Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and pain management strategies to support ongoing wellness. Maintain detailed treatment records, document patient progress, and update treatment plans accordingly. Ensure a welcoming, professional atmosphere by delivering excellent customer service and addressing client questions or concerns promptly. Adhere strictly to sanitation, safety protocols, and licensing regulations to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism. Skills Strong patient service skills with the ability to connect compassionately and professionally with clients. Proficiency in patient assessment techniques to identify specific areas of tension or pain. Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced massage modalities. Knowledge of pain management principles and techniques for effective relief. Solid understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Experience in medical spa or occupational health settings is highly desirable for this role. $500.00 - $1,500.00 per week
