The Massage Therapist will work in a supportive environment that emphasizes patient care and satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and tailor massage treatments accordingly. Perform various types of massages, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to address specific client concerns. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the med spa environment to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes. Stay updated on the latest techniques in pain management and occupational health to provide the best possible service to clients. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to effectively assess client needs. Proficient in various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Experience in patient assessment to develop personalized treatment plans. Familiarity with med spa practices is a plus. Ability to manage pain effectively through therapeutic techniques.
