Massage Therapist - Grand Galvez ResortSpa Position Summary Grand Galvez ResortSpa is seeking a licensed, professional, and guest-focused Massage Therapist to provide exceptional spa experiences in a luxury resort setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, delivers outstanding customer service, and is committed to creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for every guest. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage therapy services, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal (if certified), Hot Stone, and other specialty treatments. Consult with guests to determine their individual needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain accurate treatment records and uphold guest confidentiality. Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met. Promote spa services, retail products, and wellness programs. Ensure all equipment, linens, and supplies are properly maintained. Adhere to all state licensing requirements, resort policies, and health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service to create memorable guest experiences. Work collaboratively with the spa team and other resort departments. Attend required meetings and training sessions. Qualifications Current Texas Massage Therapist License in good standing. Previous experience in a resort, hotel, or luxury spa preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding massage treatments. Preferred Skills Knowledge of multiple massage modalities. Experience with spa booking software.
