Associate Massage Therapist - Mentorship & Growth Opportunity Garland, TX | Part-Time | Contractor Position Are you a talented therapist who loves helping people but feels like there's got to be more than repeating the same routine massage all day? Restoring Balance Healing Arts is looking for one Licensed Massage Therapist to join a growing practice focused on pain relief, mobility, nervous system regulation, TMJ dysfunction, stress-related tension, and client-centered therapeutic work. This is not a spa environment. We take time with our clients. We focus on results. We educate. We problem-solve. And we're building something bigger than a traditional massage practice.
What You'll Receive:
One-on-one mentorship from a therapist with 15 years of experience- Training in a unique mat-based bodywork approach
- Opportunity to learn TMJ and nervous system-focused techniques
- Marketing and referral support
- Flexible schedule (starting 1-2 days per week)
- Opportunity to grow into classes, workshops, and future leadership roles
Compensation:
40% commission plus 100% of tips- Introductory pricing model while building clientele
- Significant growth potential as the practice expands
Who We're Looking For:
Active Texas Massage Therapy License- Professional and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Passionate about helping clients with pain, mobility issues, stress, and tension patterns
- Interested in being part of a growing brand rather than simply renting a room Bonus Experience (Not Required): Myofascial work
- Stretching or mobility work
- TMJ experience
- Medical massage
- Corrective exercise
