Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist or an aspiring/upcoming massage therapist eager to develop their skills in a dynamic wellness environment. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Conduct patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop effective treatment plans. Apply advanced techniques such as pain management strategies, physiology-informed methods, and occupational health practices to optimize results. Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and treatment plans in compliance with medical terminology standards. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness. Ensure a welcoming, comfortable environment that emphasizes excellent customer service and patient satisfaction. Follow all safety protocols, hygiene standards, and licensing requirements to uphold the highest quality of care. Experience Prior experience in a medical spa or similar healthcare setting is highly preferred but not required; aspiring therapists with relevant training are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is essential for understanding client needs and delivering effective treatments. Familiarity with patient service principles, patient assessment techniques, and occupational health practices enhances the quality of care provided. Experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management modalities is a strong plus. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and compassion. Previous med spa experience or background in healthcare settings will be advantageous but is not mandatory for aspiring therapists committed to learning and growth.
