The NOW Massage Las Colinas, located on North O'Connor Boulevard at the canals in Irving, offers an oasis to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect within through the healing benefits of massage therapy. We've reimagined the approachable luxury of a neighborhood spa with high-quality massages and custom enhancements that offer relaxation and healing. We are hiring licensed massage therapists for our both our Dallas Preston Forest and Las Colinas boutiques. Our therapists consistently earn $50

• 60 per hour , including base pay, service pay, and tips.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, strong weekend booking demand, a great tipping client base, and a calm, design-forward environment focused entirely on massage.

Guaranteed hourly pay Base hourly pay plus massage service pay and tips Top earners consistently exceeding $60/hour Fully booked weekend schedules No mandatory sales goals or scripted selling All supplies provided Paid training and continuing education opportunities Steady clientele Employee discounts Flexible scheduling Advancement opportunities Professional development assistance A diverse, welcoming, and supportive team culture Responsibilities As a Massage Therapist at The NOW, you will: Provide high-quality massage services in accordance with The NOW protocols Deliver excellent guest service before, during, and after each appointment Customize sessions based on guest needs, preferences, and contraindications Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment space Reset treatment rooms between appointments Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive boutique experience Receive and apply constructive feedback to continue growing your skills Requirements Must be a currently licensed massage therapist in Texas through TDLR Strong knowledge of Swedish massage and targeted deep tissue massage Specialized modalities are a plus Empathetic communication and active listening skills Excellent guest service skills Availability for some nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 6 hours Ability to bend, stoop, squat, stretch, grasp, walk, sit, and perform repetitive motions as needed for massage services and room resets Willingness to receive coaching and continue developing professionally Recent graduates who are looking to strengthen their craft are encouraged to apply.
