to optimize client flow and minimize wait times Assist with retail sales by recommending products, conducting product demos, and upselling treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue Deliver exceptional guest services by addressing client concerns, answering questions about treatments like dermal fillers or body waxing, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Promote our services through social media management efforts, including posting updates and engaging with clients online to grow our community presence Collaborate with management on treatment protocols such as botulinum toxin treatments, esthetic laser procedures, or hair extensions when applicable Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with comprehensive knowledge of bodywork techniques and sanitation practices Experience in med spa environments or hospitality settings is highly desirable Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Proficiency with salon or spa management software such as Millennium or
