Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their concerns, medical history, and treatment goals Educate clients on pain management strategies and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness Maintain detailed treatment records, documenting session details and client progress in compliance with health regulations Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment adhering to sanitation standards and occupational health guidelines Provide excellent patient service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and fostering a relaxing atmosphere Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification Proven experience in providing deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management treatments Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively Familiarity with occupational health practices and maintaining compliance with health regulations Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients Join us to help clients feel their best through expert massage therapy!
