Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment, listening attentively, and addressing client concerns professionally. Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices through ongoing education and training. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and delivering various massage techniques including deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and client satisfaction. Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety standards.
