Your expertise will help clients feel rejuvenated, reduce stress, and improve their overall health. Responsibilities Perform customized massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs, including techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massage. Assess client conditions and discuss their wellness goals to develop effective treatment plans. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals when necessary. Keep detailed records of each session, including client preferences and progress notes. Promote wellness services and products to enhance clients' ongoing health journeys. Ensure all licensing requirements are up-to-date and adhere to state regulations governing massage therapy practice. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification. Proven experience delivering various massage techniques in a professional setting. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage therapy. Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and provide clear guidance. Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
