You are busy from day one ! Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals while fostering a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and occupational health massages. Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment options, and ensure comfort throughout sessions. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, including client progress and any relevant medical information. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols. Educate clients on self-care practices and pain management strategies to support ongoing wellness. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to optimize patient outcomes. Requirements Proven experience in various massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and medical terminology knowledge. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and client assessment techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Experience working in med spas or occupational health settings is a plus. Knowledge of pain management techniques and client communication skills are essential for success in this role. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while providing compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.
