Massage Therapist Womens Wellness Spa

RecovHer is a women-centered wellness space created to support the body through every season of womanhood. Our work goes beyond massage. We create an environment where women feel safe, seen, and cared for. Our massage approach is different from a typical spa. We address women as a whole, so a session may include deep tissue for pain relief, lymphatic drainage, buccal work, or other techniques depending on what the client needs. Experience isn't the main focus. Training will be provided, including buccal massage and lymphatic drainage. However, you must be capable of deep tissue work to help with pain relief. RecovHer is a Christian spa, so Reiki, energy work, or crystal work are not permitted because they don't align with our mission. Starting pay is $40/hour for the first 90 days , plus tips. After the first 90 days, pay may be reviewed based on performance, consistency, client experience, and overall fit with RecovHer. All laundry is handled, and we work in a loving, supportive environment that's very different from most spas. Occasionally, you may help check clients out if the front desk is busy or unavailable. More than anything, we're looking for someone whose heart and personality fit the culture we're building here. We are looking for someone who intentionally wants to grow with us, build lasting client relationships, and is seeking a long-term position rather than something temporary.
