Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs, preferences, and health considerations Provide a variety of massage techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments Apply physiology and anatomy knowledge to customize treatment plans that address specific pain points and musculoskeletal issues Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results Maintain detailed treatment records, ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards and privacy regulations Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, gather feedback, and ensure comfort throughout each session Adhere to all safety protocols by maintaining CPR certification and following hygiene standards for a safe treatment environment Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in CPR Proven experience delivering diverse massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and prenatal massage Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and pain management techniques Prior experience assessing patient needs and developing customized treatment plans Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and occupational health practices Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to improving lives through expert massage therapy.
