Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist — Weekends Luxe Thai Massage | San Antonio, TX Luxe Thai Massage is seeking a Texas Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team in a permanent part-time W-2 position. This position is ideal for a dependable, professional therapist looking for a consistent Saturday and Sunday schedule , paid time between appointments, and the opportunity to work in a clean, upscale massage environment without having to build or manage their own business. Compensation $25/hour while performing massage services $10/hour during paid non-service time 100% of client gratuities W-2 employee position Paid biweekly Non-service time includes compensable scheduled time between appointments and assigned duties such as room preparation, cleaning, laundry, and other normal shop responsibilities. Schedule Saturday and Sunday 10 paid hours per day 20 paid hours per week Separate 1-hour unpaid meal break each day Consistent weekend schedule Applicants must be reliably available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts. About Luxe Thai Massage Luxe Thai Massage is a locally owned massage practice in North San Antonio focused on providing personalized, high-quality massage in a professional and relaxing environment. Our therapists work in private treatment rooms with appointments, supplies, linens, equipment, booking, payment processing, and marketing handled by the business so they can focus on providing excellent massage therapy. Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy tailored to each client's needs and pressure preferences Maintain appropriate client communication and professional boundaries Review relevant client intake information before sessions Maintain accurate session documentation as required Prepare and reset treatment rooms between appointments Follow sanitation, cleaning, and safety procedures Assist with normal therapist-related duties during scheduled non-service time Arrive on time and maintain reliable weekend attendance Provide consistently professional and welcoming client service

Qualifications Required:

Current and active Texas Massage Therapist License Professional liability insurance as required by Luxe Thai Massage Reliable Saturday and Sunday availability Strong professionalism and communication skills Ability to perform massage services safely and consistently throughout a scheduled workday Dependable transportation and punctual attendance Experience is preferred, but we are also open to considering a motivated newly licensed therapist with strong technique, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Experience with Thai massage, stretching, deep tissue techniques, or similar modalities is a plus but is not required.
