Key Responsibilities Provide massages, body treatments, and specialized techniques at a luxury level, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience. Customize treatments based on individual client needs and preferences. Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and personalized care throughout their spa visit, with clear communication about treatments. Maintain a thorough understanding of different massage modalities and their benefits to provide recommendations to guests. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff. Qualifications Must hold a valid Texas State massage therapist license. 1+ years of experience working in a spa environment; experience in highend/luxury spas is a plus. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge and proficiency in multiple modalities: massage techniques (deep tissue, Swedish, etc.) Flexible availability: weekends required, holidays. May need to lead or cover shifts outside standard hours.
