Independent Contractor Trifecta Therapy is a luxury medical massage practice specializing in injury recovery, chronic pain management, and mobility enhancement. We are seeking multiple Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) with a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques to join our team. • Pay per session with completed documentation Key Responsibilities Provide targeted therapeutic massage using modalities certified/trained in: such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, orthopedic, neuromuscular techniques, cupping, TENS and sports massage Approach treatment holistically , addressing the full kinetic chain to support functional movement, reduce compensation patterns, and improve long-term outcomes.

Customize treatment plans to meet individual goals (no upselling or convincing, treatments are customized at a flat fee/rate). Maintain accurate electronic documentation SOAP notes completed for each session in a timely manner Ensure a clean, professional treatment space , including resetting rooms and managing linens, while following all hygiene and safety protocols. Collaborate with peers and stay current with continuing education and best practices Qualifications Active Texas Massage Therapy License 1-2 years of experience preferred ; motivated new graduates are welcome to apply Strong knowledge of anatomy, clinical assessment, and therapeutic techniques Proficient in electronic SOAP documentation Professional demeanor and commitment to patient-centered care Physical Requirements Ability to perform massage services for extended periods Comfortable assisting with client positioning as needed Currently we need someone who is available Monday and Saturday, we also have a number of evening time slots we would like filled during the week.
