Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, skilled Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional medical massage services that promte improved function, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to understand individual needs and develop tailored massage plans Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to address specific muscle tensions and pain points Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate treatment plans for ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical information Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical staff when necessary to optimize patient outcomes Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and relevant medical terminology to continually enhance your skills Experience Proven experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably with med spa or occupational health background Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health Hands-on expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs accurately Familiarity with patient assessment procedures and customer service principles Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes client satisfaction and safety Join us in delivering transformative wellness experiences!
