Shifts Available:

We are currently hiring 1 massage therapist to lead our team of talented massage therapists. Please note that shift availability is limited and not all requested shifts may be guaranteed at the time of hire .

Align Spa:

Varying shifts available on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday. 3 shift minimum. Manager experience preferred but not 2.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the therapists schedules Update therapist docs and forms into our system Keep massage rooms clean and stocked Manage and lead our team of massage therapists Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients and staff to ensure a seamless and positive experience. Deliver high-quality, customized massage therapy services based on each client's individual needs and preferences. Proficiently perform a variety of techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, and Hot Stone massage. Conduct thorough client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and treatment notes when needed. Contribute to a clean, safe, and tranquil spa environment Stay informed on current massage therapy techniques, trends, and continuing education opportunities. Collaborate with fellow team members to support a positive and team-focused work environment. Uphold spa policies, client confidentiality, and professional ethical standards. Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to help clients feel cared for, respected, and renewed. 3.

Qualifications:

Current Massage Therapy License from an accredited program that is valid in Utah. Valid professional liability insurance and business license (ability to obtain upon hire). Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and teamwork. Strong proficiency in multiple massage techniques and a solid understanding of human anatomy. A passion for wellness and a desire to grow professionally within the field of massage therapy. Strong commitment to hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards. Ability to pass a background check to ensure client and staff safety. 4.
