Details:

$25/hour + 100% tips + 50% add on commission split Full-time or part-time available Evenings and Saturday evenings required. Duties Provide customized massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massage to meet client needs. Conduct thorough consultations to understand client health history, preferences, and specific areas requiring attention. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards. Educate clients on post-massage care and recommend appropriate self-care practices for ongoing wellness. Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client feedback, and progress notes to ensure personalized care. Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and practice productivity. Uphold professional licensing standards by adhering to state regulations and continuing education requirements. Qualifications Valid state license as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally. Proven experience delivering professional massage therapy with excellent client service skills. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques to customize treatments effectively. Strong communication skills to listen attentively and provide clear guidance or recommendations. Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all client interactions. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules. A passion for promoting health and wellness through therapeutic touch and holistic care.
