The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and demonstrate exceptional patient service skills. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic treatments that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness for our clients. This is a contractor position, you will manage your own hours, 1099 contractor. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and tension. Utilize knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to enhance treatment effectiveness. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients. Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client progress. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient care and occupational health initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices. Full control of your own schedule. Experience Proven experience in patient service with a focus on delivering high-quality care. Strong background in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is essential. Previous experience in a massage clinic, spa or similar environment is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
