Massage therapy license required Part time, weekends required Moonstone Massage is a modern wellness space in Millcreek, Utah. We're building a community-centered environment where Massage Therapists are empowered to bring their own unique style, intuition, and healing approach to the table. Alongside therapeutic massage, our space will also offer wellness events, community gatherings, and continuing education opportunities that our massage team can also participate in. About the
Role:
We're looking for passionate, skilled Licensed Massage Therapists who are excited to practice in a space that celebrates individuality and a diverse range of massage modalities. We're also seeking candidates that are interested in growing with a new business. Pay Therapists earn approximately 50% of the service rate for massages and add-ons, plus gratuities, as well as incentive commissions for retail sales, new client conversions, client retention, and membership enrollments.
What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality therapeutic massages tailored to each client's needs. Offer a range of modalities based on your training and style (deep tissue, relaxation, structural work, stretch-focused work, etc.) Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment. Collaborate on ideas to improve services, offerings, and overall client experience. (Optional) Participate in workshops, community events, or wellness activities hosted in our space.
What We're Looking For:
Current Utah LMT license Strong communication and client-care skills Ability to tailor sessions and intuitively adapt techniques. A growth mindset and willingness to learn/share modalities. Reliability, professionalism, and commitment to ethical practice. Passion for health, wellness, and creating a positive experience
