Duties Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage to address client concerns. Educate clients on post-massage care, pain management strategies, and occupational health practices. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical information. Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols such as CPR certification requirements. Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care. Skills Proven experience in massage therapy with a focus on patient service excellence. Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced massage techniques. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage. Ability to assess patient needs accurately and tailor treatments accordingly. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Familiarity with occupational health practices and pain management strategies. Prior med spa experience is highly desirable for understanding aesthetic treatment environments.
