Licensed Massage Therapist
  • Independent Contractor 1177 South Main Street, Smithfield, UT 84335 Up to $48 an hour

  • Contract Smithfield Chiropractic is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our busy, modern healthcare office as an Independent Contractor .
You'll have access to a steady stream of patient referrals who are ready to book.
Position Details:
up to 34 hours per week available Patients are ready to book Tips and gratuities are 100% yours
Contractor Responsibilities:
Current Utah massage therapy license & professional liability insurance Provide your own linens, oils/lotions, and supplies Keep the massage room clean and professional Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times Follow HIPAA compliance for patient privacy Why Join Us?
