You focus on providing exceptional massage therapy while we take care of filling your schedule, supporting your professional development, and creating an environment where you can thrive. What You'll Do Deliver customized therapeutic massage sessions based on each client's individual needs and wellness goals. Review client intake forms and perform thorough consultations to identify contraindications and personalize each session. Build lasting relationships through exceptional care, communication, and professionalism. Educate clients on the benefits of consistent massage therapy and support their long-term wellness goals. Collaborate with our Wellness Advisors and leadership team to ensure the best client-to-therapist experience. Maintain accurate, timely SOAP notes and client documentation. Prepare your treatment room and enhancements for each session while maintaining a clean, relaxing environment. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and periodic performance check-ins designed to support your success. Enjoy thoughtfully designed scheduling that includes body breaks to help support career longevity. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Licensed to practice massage therapy in the State of Utah (or able to obtain licensure before starting).
