Seora Radiance is seeking an exceptional Licensed Massage Therapist with expertise in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) for both the face and body. This is not a traditional massage therapy position. Our focus is on advanced lymphatic drainage, facial sculpting, body contouring support, and enhancing the results of non-invasive aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience while helping clients reduce puffiness, improve circulation, support natural healing, and achieve healthier, more radiant skin. About the Role You will provide specialized lymphatic drainage treatments as both standalone services and complementary treatments alongside our advanced aesthetic technologies. Your work will help clients feel better, recover more comfortably from non-invasive treatments, and achieve beautiful, natural-looking results. Responsibilities Perform advanced manual lymphatic drainage treatments for the face and body. Provide facial sculpting and de-puffing treatments. Complement non-invasive aesthetic treatments, including skin tightening, body contouring, laser, and skin rejuvenation procedures. Create personalized treatment plans based on each client's goals. Educate clients on home care and self-lymphatic massage techniques. Maintain accurate treatment documentation. Deliver an elevated luxury experience with exceptional customer service. Collaborate with our providers to optimize treatment outcomes. Required Qualifications Current Utah Massage Therapist License in good standing. Experience performing Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor. Excellent communication and client education skills. Preferred Qualifications Advanced training or certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). Training or professional experience in Asian aesthetic or wellness practices, particularly Korean facial and body lymphatic drainage techniques. Formal education or advanced training completed in Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, or other Asian countries is highly valued. Experience working in a medical spa, luxury spa, cosmetic dermatology, or aesthetic practice. Experience performing both facial sculpting massage and body lymphatic drainage. Passion for Korean beauty philosophy and regenerative aesthetics.

Pay:

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
