We are looking for experienced, passionate Licensed Massage Therapists with 4+ years of hands-on experience who are looking for more than just another place to work. At MOOD, we want our therapists to have a safe, professional, and supportive space to do what they love —with the resources, team, and environment behind them to continue growing in their craft. We specialize in therapeutic and results-focused wellness and are looking for therapists who genuinely enjoy helping clients feel better, move better, recover, and make self-care an ongoing part of their lifestyle. We're looking for therapists who: Have 4+ years of professional massage therapy experience Hold an active Virginia Massage Therapy license Have strong therapeutic massage skills and a confident, intuitive touch Are knowledgeable in anatomy, body mechanics, and individualized client care Are professional, dependable, and committed to creating an exceptional client experience Enjoy being part of a collaborative team while having the freedom to develop their own specialties Value continued education and growth within the wellness industry Experience or advanced training in deep tissue, sports and recovery massage, stretching, cupping, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage, medical massage, or other specialized modalities is highly valued.
