Job Description
Ella Esthetics is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our luxury medical aesthetics and wellness practice. We are looking for a wellness-focused professional who is passionate about personalized care, exceptional client experiences, and building lasting relationships. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team of estheticians, aesthetic providers, and wellness professionals while growing your clientele in an elevated spa environment. Position Details Part-time position Thursday, Friday, and Saturday availability preferred Opportunity to expand schedule as demand grows Competitive compensation: $40-$60/hour + tips (based on experience and availability) Required Qualifications & Skills Active Virginia Massage Therapist License in good standing Professional experience providing massage therapy in a wellness, clinical, or luxury spa setting Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques Ability to perform client consultations and customize treatments based on individual needs and goals Excellent communication skills with a focus on client education and relationship building Commitment to providing an elevated, luxury client experience Ability to maintain accurate treatment notes and follow professional protocols Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Preferred Qualifications & Experience Prenatal and postpartum massage experience Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) certification or experience Cupping therapy certification or experience Experience with deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy Background in luxury spa, medical aesthetics, wellness, or integrative healthcare environments Experience creating customized wellness plans and recommending ongoing care Passion for continued education and expanding treatment offerings What We Offer Beautiful treatment environment within a luxury medical aesthetics practice Supportive front desk team managing scheduling and client communication Marketing support to help grow your clientele Opportunity to collaborate with skincare, aesthetics, and wellness providers Established reputation and loyal client base Team-oriented environment focused on exceptional client care If you are passionate about wellness and providing high-quality, personalized treatments, we would love to hear from you.
