Fountains Day Spa is seeking both full-time and part-time Virginia Licensed Massage Therapists. Fountains is located in the historic Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. Our therapists are responsible for:

• Providing a flawless spa experience for every client, every day
• Anticipating, identifying, and ensuring clients' needs are met throughout their visit
• Maintaining communication with schedulers to ensure attendance
• Maintaining a clean, safe, fully stocked, and organized work area
• Demonstrating a professional attitude and appearance at all times
• Maintaining client retention
• Identifying and reporting unsafe or hazardous work conditions.
• Reports all workplace injuries and illnesses to the supervisor.
• Other duties, as assigned by the Management Team
• Work as a TEAM with all other departments

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Valid Virginia Massage Therapy License.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and highly responsive with a commitment to customer service
• Ability to take direction, work well within, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle 5-7 hours of service.
• Comfortable educating customers and recommending retail products to enhance their experience
• Basic computer skills, customer service skills, results-oriented, multitasking ability, and commitment to the spa industry
• Proof of citizenship or legal status Competitive compensation
